Macau

All of us bit the bullet and got up for a 7:30 ferry to Macau.

We arrive at the ferry dock and because we had been there the day before, knew the lay of the land.  We knew where to go to enter the waiting room and where to look to see which boat was leaving from which dock.  We waited for a few minutes and were able to pass through customs quickly and easily.  All seats are assigned, so it doesn't matter where you are in the line, you have a seat!

A woman came over and asked Bill and I if we wanted anything to eat.  We both ordered some coffee and a sandwich.  Bond didn't want anything as she had eaten earlier.
Here the 3 of us are joyously enjoying the ride over!  Bill looks a bit maniacal.
St. Paul's ruined cathedral which is a fabulous site.  All that is left of the Church is the front facade, behind it is nothing!  There is a museum at the rear which is quite beautiful and eerie at the same time. It's more of a crypt than a museum.
Bill was totally wiped out by a day of sightseeing and acquiring chips.  Bond watches the waves as we return to Kowloon on the 4:30 boat.
I can not think of another harbor that is as beautiful at night as Hong Kong.  I can never get tired of looking at this scene.
A tourist jumping in front of my shot!
Beautiful Hong Kong Harbor!

We did go out to dinner, but I can't recall where at this moment.  Bond was eating raw garlic to stem a cold that had been plaguing her for a couple of days.  It seems that did the trick, her fever broke and she was feeling better!  I remembered the dinner place, it was a dim sum restaurant in the IFC center. At first Bond was being a great sport and saying she wasn't hungry, but she read the menu and suddenly her hunger level rose and she ordered a fabulous fish dish.  It was great to see her so happy with her food!

Bond was taking off early the next morning, so we said our good byes and sent her on her way with the proviso that she text when she got to the airport and on landing in NYC.
